Refund policy

Refund policy varies by product, but we do everything in our power to make sure you're happy. If an item is defective, we can make sure you get a refund or replacement. If the item is created just for you at the time of your order, it will say that on the product page and we'll advise you of the refund/return options for that item.

For products that do permit returns, those returns have to be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
